Bay Hill - A unique estate community just over the western fringe of Palm Beach Gardens, all homes in Bay Hill sit on about an acre of land west of Ibis Country Club and east of the Acreage. There are 255 homes in this community, most all are large family residences priced above $500,000. Many of the homes surround an 18 hole golf course that is owned and operated by PGA National. The community is not completely built out and there is still land available for building your dream home.
Baywinds - One of the few 55+ communities in the northern portion of Palm Beach County, Baywinds is located in surburban West Palm Beach, on Okeechobee Boulevard close to the mega shopping areas of Route 441. There are nearly 1100 homes in this active adult community, both single family and townhomes. Key to the community is a 6,000 square foot club house with amenities including two swimming pools, tennis courts a boccie ball court and loads of activities. Prices in Baywinds run from the low $200,000's to the $400,000's. The homes were completed in 2000 or later.
Breakers West - Associated with The Breaker’s Resort on
Ibis - Ibis is a country club and residential community with approximately 1900 homes in fifteen different neighborhoods. The homes, built between 1991 and 2007 range in price from $250,000 to over $4 million. Residences include villas, town homes, coach homes, and single family homes that vary in size from 1300 square feet to over 8000 square feet (air conditioned). Winding through the Ibis homes are three Nicklaus-Family designed golf courses. Ibis is located in the northern part of West Palm Beach adjacent to Palm Beach Gardens, about 7 miles west of I-95 on Northlake Boulevard. A minimum social membership is Ibis Country Club is required of all residents.
Ironhorse - Ironhorse is a small, intimate country club community nestled against the Loxahatchee Nature Preserve. A minimum of social membership in the country club is required of all residents and dues are included in homeowner fees. A private, gated community, Ironhorse has 324 homes from 1,700 square feet to over 5,000 square feet (air conditioned). Many of the homes surround the championship Arthur Hills designed golf course. Lots range from less than ¼ acre to over ½ acre. Built between 1992 and 2004, the homes are priced from the low $300,000s to over $1,000,000. Ironhorse is located in the northern part of West Palm Beach adjacent to Palm Beach Gardens, about 3 miles west of I-95 and just south of the Beeline Highway.
