This Palm Beach Gardens Country Club community  is still providing great value for buyers.  Homes are selling reasonably well in this established golf course mecca with lower priced units moving well ahead of pricier homes.  PGA National is one of the few communities that does not require club membership for its residents. With nearly 5000 condos, townhomes, villas and single family residence in more than 40 neighborhoods. PGA National is one of the largest communities in Palm Beach Gardens, yet once within your own community, it becomes a very small town. True to its name there are five golf courses at PGA National, including the Championship course where the PGA Tour's Honda Classic is held each March.  The entire community is gated from 9 p.m. until 6 a.m. and certain sections of PGA are gated all the time.  There are a variety of residents in the community from singles, to young couples, professionals, snow birds, empty nesters and retirees.  And its location is at the end of PGA Boulevard's strip of upscale boutiques and restaurants.
