     BallenIsles- A country club and residential community of about 1500 residences ranging from patio homes and golf villas to Courtyard and Estate Homes, BallenIsles is laid out in several varied neighborhoods.  Home prices start around $350,000 with a large span up to about $4 million.  Built between 1990 and 2005, sizes range from 1800 square feet to over 10,000 square feet (air conditioned).  Three 18-hole golf courses wind through the neighborhoods.  Two were designed by Dick Wilson and Joe Lee and the third was recently redesigned by Gene Bates Golf Design.  BallenIsles is just east of Florida's Turnpike, about 3 miles west of I-95 and runs from PGA Blvd. south to Northlake.

     Catalina Lakes - It's all about location for Catalina Lakes!  The community is nestled right in the center of Palm Beach Gardens, less than a mile south of prime shopping, restaurants and night life along PGA Boulevard, and not even a mile north of Palm Beach Gardens hospital.  Catalina Lakes has just 256 nearly identical Divosta built town homes, each about 1600 square feet with three bedrooms, two or two and a half baths on two floors.  There is a large screened enclosure at most of the town homes and many back onto a peaceful lake.  The community has a pool and small recreation center.  And it is very pet friendly. Catalina Lakes is located on Alternate A1A just north of Burns Road and south of PGA Boulevard.  Recent market activity -- From January through mid-December 2009 there were nine sales in Catalina Lakes ranging in price from $184,500 to $217,500.  These averaged out to $127 per square foot (air conditioned), about 11 percent lower than the average for 18 townhomes that sold in Catalina Lakes in 2008.  The prices in 2008 ranged from $215,000 - $259,000 and there were two short sales completed.  In mid-December, 2009 there are four townhomes for sale in Catalina Lakes, two of these are under contract and two are still available.  The two available homes are priced at $239,000 and $249,000.

     Cielo

     Eastpointe - A country club and residential community of about 750 condos, villas, and single family homes priced between $100,000 and $700,000.  The community is home to permanent and seasonal residents and offers many properties for seasonal/vacation rental. Eastpointe, established in 1974, sports two country clubs, each with its own Tom Fazio designed 18-hole golf course. Eastpointe is located in the northern part of Palm Beach Gardens just west of I-95 on Donald Ross Road.

     Fiore

     Ibis -Ibis is a country club and residential community with approximately 1900 homes in fifteen different neighborhoods.  The homes, built between 1991 and 2007 range in price from $250,000 to over $4 million.  Residences include villas, town homes, coach homes, and single family homes that vary in size from 1300 square feet to over 8000 square feet (air conditioned).  Winding through the Ibis homes are three Nicklaus-Family designed golf courses.  Ibis is located in the northern part of West Palm Beach adjacent to Palm Beach Gardens, about 7 miles west of I-95 on Northlake Boulevard.

     Landmark - Towering over its neighbors in the heart of Palm Beach Gardens, the Landmark condominium provides its residents with a cosmopolitan life style within walking distance to some of the best shopping and restaurants in the area. Filled with amenities including valet parking, a front desk concierge, a media room, a fitness center and a pool are just some of the benefits residents at Landmark have available.  There are 166 units at Landmark, one, two and three bedroom residences with some overlooking the large lake and downtown lights of Palm Beach Gardens.  Prices at Landmark at the beginning of 2010 were just a fraction of what units were selling for just a few years ago when the complex was new.  There are great opportunities for interested buyers with 15 units on the market at the beginning of 2010.  Recent market activity -- Just two units sold in 2009 averaging $182.50 per square foot, about a 22 percent drop in prices from 2008 when five units sold for an average price per square foot of $232.60.  There are about 15 units on the market at the beginning of 2010 ranging in price from $299,000 for an 1870 square foot two bedroom,. two bath unit to $639,000 for a three bedroom, three bath 2662 square foot unit. Landmark is located on the corner of Gardens Parkway and Fairchild Gardens Avenue just west of The Gardens Mall and adjacent to Downtown at the Gardens.

     Mansions at Evergrene 

     Midtown at PGA - A new, affordable, condominium and retail complex in the heart of Palm Beach Gardens.  Midtown includes 225 luxury 1, 2, and 3 bedroom condominiums from 733 - 2,030 square feet, 97,000 square feet of retail, restaurant and office space, a 500-seat cultural center and 300-seat banquet hall. Boutiques and gourmet restaurants are set amidst a lavishly-landscaped plaza and an inviting pedestrian streetscape.  Condos range in price from the high $200,000s to $600,000.  Midtown is located on PGA Boulevard between I-95 and Florida’s Turnpike

     Mirasol -A large, upscale country club community, Mirasol is one of Palm Beach Gardens’ premier communities.  Condos, known as coach homes, and single family homes are distributed among 35 communities with prices starting under $400,000 and climbing to over $6 million for homes between 2400 sq ft to over 8,000 sq ft of air conditioned living space.  Two golf courses, one designed by Tom Fazio and the other by Arthur Hills, wind through the community.  Mirasol is located in northern Palm Beach Gardens, just west of Florida’s Turnpike, off of PGA Blvd.
